Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to make things right if something isn’t as expected. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for our store.

1. Overview

  • Physical products (books, apparel, mugs, card decks, etc.): Eligible for return or exchange within [30] days of delivery, with some conditions.

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads, printables, online courses, etc.): Generally non-refundable once delivered/accessed.

  • Third-party purchases (e.g., Amazon, other retailers): Must be returned through the original retailer according to their policy.

2. Physical Products

You may request a return or exchange for physical items if:

  • Your request is made within [30] days of the delivery date, and

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging (unless it arrived damaged or defective).

Not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Books

  • Gift cards

  • Download codes that have already been redeemed

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are generally final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • eBooks, PDFs, or other downloads that have been accessed or downloaded

  • Online courses, once you’ve logged in or begun accessing the content

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., you can’t access your file or course), please contact us at support@levelupyourplay.com so we can help resolve it.

4. Items Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@levelupyourplay.com within [7] days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return for a physical product:

  1. Email: support@levelupyourplay.com

  2. Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”

  3. Include in your message:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • The return shipping address, and

  • Any additional instructions needed to complete the process.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error, you are responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping, and

  • Ensuring the item is packaged securely.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where possible.

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color for apparel):

  1. Follow the return process above.

  2. Note that you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Ship your replacement item, or

  • If the requested item is unavailable, issue a refund instead.

8. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we’ve received it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow [5–10] business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please:

  1. Double-check your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.

  3. If you still don’t see it, email us at support@levelupyourplay.com with your order details.

9. Purchases Through Other Retailers

If you purchased our products through Amazon or another third-party retailer, their return and refund policies will apply.

Please contact that retailer directly for return instructions, as we cannot process returns or refunds for orders we did not fulfill.
